1. Options & Inquiry
We’ll begin by discussing your vision, including your preferred gemstones or diamonds (natural or lab-grown diamond jewelry preferences are available), setting ideas, budget, and timeline. Share any inspiration or personal preferences you have to help us craft a design that perfectly reflects your style. To start the process, simply call, email, or complete the inquiry form below—it's your guide to getting started on this exciting journey.

2. Consultation
Our dedicated team of experts will connect with you through email and a follow-up phone call to better understand your vision and preferences. During this personalized consultation, we’ll delve into the finer details of your design concept, exploring options for diamonds, gemstones, and other design elements to ensure every aspect aligns with your desires. We’ll also consider your timeline and any special requests, presenting you with carefully curated initial selections tailored to your taste. Additionally, we’ll provide a transparent estimated price range, helping you make an informed decision as we bring your dream piece to life with precision, creativity, and care. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
3. Curation & Quotation
For clients planning to purchase within the next 30–60 days, Bang and our expert Gemologist team provide a personalized, concierge-style service to ensure you receive the finest selection of diamonds or gemstones. Drawing on over a decade of experience and trusted relationships with ethical vendors, we will hand-select up to three exceptional options tailored to your preferences. Our team’s expertise ensures that every stone meets the highest standards of quality and brilliance. You’ll receive comprehensive details, including precise specifications, close-up images, high-definition videos, and transparent package pricing for your desired setting. This meticulous process guarantees a seamless and satisfying experience in finding the perfect piece.
4. Viewing
After you’ve chosen your perfect diamond or gemstone and are ready to move forward, a deposit is required to secure your selection. This includes a full payment for the stone and a 70% deposit for the custom setting, which will be credited toward your total purchase price. For international clients, full payment is required upfront. Once the deposits are confirmed, our expert team will begin crafting your custom setting. This process involves collaborating with you to refine the design details, ensuring your vision is brought to life with precision and artistry. Every step is tailored to create a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece you'll cherish forever.
5. Jewelry Design
At Bang Diep Jewelry, we are dedicated to crafting custom pieces that celebrate the uniqueness of each gemstone. Every design begins with your chosen diamond or gemstone, tailored to enhance its specific qualities and dimensions. Rejecting the one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on creating a piece as distinct and extraordinary as the gem it showcases.
Throughout this stage, you'll work closely with our design team to realize your vision. We'll provide a CAD (computer-aided design) mockup to refine details and ensure perfection. We encourage sharing inspirational photos or mood boards, and you’re invited to explore ourportfolio or Instagram for ideas.
6. CAD Preview / Sample Fitting
At Bang Diep Jewelry, we oversee our in-house design and manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality. After finalizing the CAD (computer-aided design), we provide a 3D prototype of your ring for review. While adjustments are rarely needed, we are always prepared to fine-tune to meet your specifications perfectly.
Additionally, as an exceptional service, we offer the option to view a real-life resin print of the ring. This allows you to see how your chosen gemstones fit and look within the setting, ensuring everything is to your satisfaction before final production.
7. Production
Our master artisans meticulously handcraft each piece, pouring their expertise and passion into every detail. From selecting the finest materials to setting the stones with precision and applying the perfect finish, our process ensures that every creation is exceptional. The handcrafting process typically takes 2-3 weeks, as we prioritize unmatched quality and exquisite craftsmanship. This time-intensive approach allows us to adhere to the highest standards, creating jewelry that reflects our commitment to excellence. To begin the production process, we kindly request that any remaining balances be settled at this stage, ensuring a seamless journey toward delivering your custom, one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
8. Appraisal
Every custom Bang Diep piece priced over $8,000 includes a detailed appraisal. This appraisal comprises high-quality photographs and an estimated retail replacement value. It also acts as a Certificate of Authenticity, proof of ownership, and essential insurance documentation. Signed by a certified gemologist, the appraisal verifies the authenticity and value of your piece for a lifetime.
An appraisal is available for an additional fee of $150 for pieces under $8,000, ensuring that all Bang Diep jewelry can be similarly certified upon request.
9. Delivery & Pick Up
Your custom piece is ready! We’ll send you photos and videos of the finished product. We’ll coordinate with you via email to schedule the perfect delivery time, ensuring someone is available to sign for your fully insured package. Your piece will be delivered with FedEx Priority Overnight (or within 3-10 business days, depending on your location) for fast and secure shipping.
For those preferring in-person pickup, we will arrange a convenient time for you to collect your piece directly from us.

Absolutely. We specialize in working with a wide variety of natural gemstones, fancy colored diamonds, and lab-created fancy colored and white diamonds.
We collaborate with trusted and credible vendors to source the rarest natural diamonds and gemstones, all certified by renowned laboratories such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), American Gemological Laboratories (AGL), Gübelin Lab, SSEF (Swiss Gemmological Institute), and others.
While we do not typically work with lab-created gemstones, we are happy to set one if you already own the stone.
