These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) are made between Bang Diep Inc., a New York corporation (referred to as “BD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the website www.bangdiep.com (the “Website”), and you, a user of the Website (referred to as “User,” “you,” or “your”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access, visit, or use the Website.

About BD and the Website
Bang Diep sells luxury jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, and earrings, as well as apparel, accessories, and artwork (collectively, the “Products”). Some Products are pre-designed and available for purchase in our online shop (“Shop Products”), while others can be custom ordered (“Custom Products”). The Website also features a studio gallery showcasing previous works created by BD (“the Studio”).
Purchasing Shop Products
To purchase Shop Products, select your desired options (color, length, size, quantity) and add them to your shopping cart (“Cart”). Review your order, including a description of the Products, subtotal, shipping, and taxes, before finalizing your purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. By clicking “Place Order,” you confirm your purchase and agree to the total cost displayed.
Please note, BD cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the true colors and appearance of the Products. Some Products may be out of stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. BD is not responsible for typographical errors.
Purchasing Custom Products
To request a Custom Product, submit the required information on our “Custom Inquiries” page. Custom Products start at $5000, and we only use VS and VVS quality D, E, and F color stones. We do not work with silver.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will create the Custom Product. We will review your submission and may contact you to discuss the project further. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. Production time can vary, and the remaining balance is due before the Custom Product is shipped. Any additional costs incurred during production will be communicated to you, and you will be responsible for the final payment before shipment.
Payment Processing
By purchasing any Products through the Website, you authorize BD and its payment processors, including PayPal, to charge your credit card for the total cost, including shipping and taxes. You represent that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the card for this purpose.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discounts may be available from time to time. To qualify, you may need to enter a discount code at checkout. Certain restrictions may apply, and by participating in a promotion, you agree to the applicable terms.
Shipping & Returns
All shipments and returns are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which can be accessed here.
No Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to individual preferences, BD cannot guarantee satisfaction with any Products ordered. While we strive to display Products accurately, the displayed attributes depend on your device's capabilities.
Jewelry Care
BD is not responsible for any damage to a Product after delivery. We recommend regular cleaning with mild soap and water. Avoid using chemical cleaners or abrasive agents. Remove jewelry before exercising, sleeping, or swimming, and put it on after applying lotions, perfumes, or cosmetics.
