Shipping Policy:

• Enjoy complimentary shipping on all standard orders within the United States.
• For shipping to Canada, a $50.00 fee will be charged.
• For all other international orders, a $100.00 shipping fee will be charged.
• If you require priority shipping, please contact us for further assistance.
• Delivery within the United States includes next-day delivery options with or without signature confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped to post office boxes, but billing addresses can be accepted as post office box addresses.

Return Policy:

• Bang Diep offers a full refund for purchased items within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in saleable condition with no damage or signs of wear.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to the provided return address at their own cost.
• To initiate a refund request within 7 days of purchase, please contact us.
• All orders made through this online store may be considered custom orders; specifically made to order by requested of “Client” (you).
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in salable condition.
• Complimentary shipping is provided for returns or exchanges.
• A merchandise credit will be issued upon request if payment has already been received.
• Gift recipients are also entitled to a merchandise credit.
• Cash refunds are not available for returns made at our retail locations.
